Abstract

The construction sector is one of the activities that has the greatest value in the possibility of improving the quality of life of the human being, which is why those opposed by both residential and commercial buildings that nourish urbanism and from which an economic activity is derived that mobilizes capital investment worldwide allows us to understand that in the construction company Leonel Gonzales it is essential to integrate a technical proposal that allows streamlining processes and procedures in the administrative and technical area of projects in order to respond to the demand for requirements that allow buildings to maintain a long useful life. The construction sector has or faces totally referential risks and unforeseen events when developing, it is linked both in planning, construction, material cost overruns, material waste. Therefore, the need to give an increase to the productivity of work in a constant monitoring of all this significant failure in construction. The internship takes a representative approach in monitoring the technical and administrative supervision of the work, through a control or support to the construction that guarantees the execution of these activities offered by the company, thus guaranteeing an efficient system and acting proactively during construction, identifying any problem that may arise affecting the result of the work.
