Abstract
En este plan de mejora fue realizado durante las prácticas profesionales en la empresa General Motors Colmotores S.A, donde se desempeñó el cargo de Practicante de Relaciones Laborales. En el informe se describe la organización y de identifican oportunidades de mejora en el área, para lo cual se desarrolló una base de datos y un tablero interactivo que permitió establecer las bandas salariales e identificar casos críticos de compensación. El objetivo general de este plan de mejora es proponer una herramienta que permita el análisis salarial en la empresa para generar estrategias que ayuden a disminuir la brecha salarial que se existe actualmente y le de ventaja a la empresa en le negociaciones colectivas con los sindicatos.
Abstract
This improvement plan was carried out during professional internships at the company General Motors Colmotores S.A, where it was held the position of Labor Relations Intern. The report describes the organization and identifies opportunities for improvement in the area, for which a database and an interactive dashboard were developed to make possible to establish salary range and identify critical cases of compensation. The general objective of this improvement plan is to propose a tool that allows salary analysis in the company to generate strategies to help reduce the salary gap that currently exists and give the company an advantage in collective negotiations with labor unions.
