Abstract
El presente documento tiene como finalidad dar a conocer el trabajo realizado durante los 6 meses de práctica en la empresa Casatoro S.A BIC. Durante este tiempo se analizaron diferentes procesos que se llevaban a cabo, en el cual se pudo identificar que la elaboración de la cuenta de compensación mes a mes representaba un arduo trabajo y tiempo que podría ser empleado para otras actividades. En este informe se van a consignar los pasos para la implementación de fórmulas e instrumentos de la herramienta Excel, los cuales permitirán hacer un informe de cuenta de compensación más organizado para su comprensión y análisis, y crear macros que automaticen tareas que se repiten mes a mes aumentando la eficiencia y reduciendo el trabajo manual.
Abstract
The purpose of this document is to present the work done during the 6 months of practice in the company Casatoro S.A. BIC. During this time different processes were analyzed, in which it was possible to identify that the elaboration of the compensation account month by month represented a hard work and time that could be used for other activities. In this report the steps for the implementation of formulas and instruments of the Excel tool will be consigned, which will allow to make a more organized compensation account report for its understanding and analysis, and to create macros that automate tasks that are repeated month after month increasing the efficiency and reducing the manual work.
