Abstract
El presente trabajo muestra las funciones desarrolladas y el plan de mejora que se puedo direccionar dentro de la práctica profesional en la empresa Hocol, específicamente en el área de Gerencia de Cumplimiento. La idea principal es analizar la gestión de riesgos empresariales en los departamentos de producción y transporte de hidrocarburos para determinar un impacto y disminución de los mismos que se pueden materializar en racionalización de recursos como: personas, medio ambiente, continuidad de negocio y económicas, por ello se ha enfocado en la valoración de información que permita a través de indicadores o reportes hacer seguimiento y control a los diferentes riesgos para que sean mapeados y con ello generar cultura en la administración y toma de decisiones hacia el futuro.
Abstract
This paper shows the functions developed and the improvement plan that can be addressed within the professional practice in the Hocol company, specifically in the area of Compliance Management. The main idea is to analyze the management of business risks in the departments of production and transportation of hydrocarbons to determine an impact and reduction of the same that can materialize in rationalization of resources such as: people, environment, business continuity and economic, so it has focused on the valuation of information that allows through indicators or reports to monitor and control the different risks so that they are mapped. and thereby generate culture in administration and decision-making towards the future.
