Abstract
La presente sistematización de experiencias pretende exponer y detallar el proceso de aprendizaje y construcción del conocimiento obtenido desde la práctica en la empresa Aceites Manuelita S.A., periodo en el cual logré el cumplimiento de diversos objetivos propuestos, tales como brindar apoyo a la empresa, aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos durante los cinco años de estudio en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Santo Tomás, ampliar dichos conocimientos al estar rodeada de personas con varios años de experiencia en diversas áreas y, sobre todo, disfrutar de esta experiencia que me permitiría crecer integralmente y aportar ideas para el fortalecimiento y mejora constante de la empresa en materia jurídica.
Abstract
The present systematization of experiences aims to expose and detail the process of learning and construction of knowledge obtained from the practice in the company Aceites Manuelita S.A., a period in which I achieved the fulfillment of various proposed objectives, such as providing support to the company, applying the knowledge acquired during the five years of study at the Faculty of Law of the Santo Tomás University, to expand this knowledge by being surrounded by people with several years of experience in various areas and, above all, to enjoy this experience that would allow me to grow fully and contribute ideas for the strengthening and constant improvement of the company in legal matters.
