Abstract
El informe de la práctica empresarial expone algunos de los aportes y labores realizados por el estudiante en la Agencia de Seguros Falabella LTDA, enfocado en el área financiera de la empresa, y como ésta es de suma relevancia y un eje transversal para las demás áreas de la compañía. Se describirán algunos aportes como creación del diagrama de flujo de sankey, actualizaciones de un manual de procesos y la realización de una matriz RACI, además de diversas funciones entre las cuales se encuentran diferentes informes entregados de manera mensual a la casa matriz (ubicada en Chile), la elaboración y reporte del cierre de mes, presupuestos y previsiones, análisis de rentabilidad de la compañía, estados financieros (estado de resultados, flujo de caja), balance general, consolidación de indicadores de control gestión, actualización de informe de participación de mercado por compañía y ramo de seguros del portal FASECOLDA.
Abstract
The business practice report exposes some of the contributions and work done by the student in the insurance agency Falabella LTDA, focused on the financial area of the company, and how this is of utmost relevance and a transversal axis for the other areas of the company. Some contributions will be described such as the creation of the Sankey flow chart, updates of a process manual and the creation of a RACI matrix, in addition to various functions among which are different reports delivered monthly to the head office (located in Chile), the preparation and reporting of month-end closing, budgets and forecasts, analysis of company profitability, financial statements (income statement, cash flow), balance sheet, consolidation of management control indicators, updating of market share report by company and insurance branch of the FASECOLDA portal.
