Likewise, some childhood conceptions facing the Piaget contributions in the Cognitive Revolution setting and its incidence in the education field are presented as well as a general pa­norama in front of the international legislations in favor of childhood from the inherited conceptions of it to the looking after and protecting to their recognizing as social subject performers of their own growth with inalienable rights in their full individual potential.However, although the legislations about this social group, they are turned into indicators that refer to the progress in front of the recognizing of children as ci­tizens today.     Abstract

    Se presentan algunas consideraciones históricas que configuraron un lugar a la infancia en distintas épocas, en aras de comprender la infancia de hoy. El presen­te artículo da cuenta de un análisis teórico alrededor de la infancia y la familia en el mundo clásico, del Niño Medieval, de la Teoría Psicogénica de la infancia, y posteriormente, del Sentimiento de la infancia en la sociedad Moderna. Así mismo, se presentan las concepciones de infancia frente a las aportaciones de Piaget en el escenario de la Revolución cognitiva, y su incidencia en el campo de la educación. Termina con la presentación de un panorama general frente a las legislaciones internacionales en favor de la infancia, a las que subyacen desde concepciones heredadas de infancia, para cuidar y proteger; hasta su recono­cimiento como sujetos sociales actores de su propio desarrollo, con derechos inalienables en su potencial de personas íntegras. Sin embargo, aun cuando las legislaciones en torno a este grupo social se convierten en Indicadores que dan cuenta de los avances frente al reconocimiento de la infancia como ciudadanos hoy, los avances frente a su cumplimiento en algunos Estados se ven amenazados por situaciones de la infancia en condiciones particulares vulnerables para el ejercicio pleno de sus derechos.
     
    On présente, quelques considérations historiques qui ont configuré un lieu pour l’enfance dans des époques distinctes, au nom de comprendre l’enfance d’aujourd’hui. Le présent article se rend compte d’une analyse théorique autour de l’enfance et la famille dans le monde classique, de l’Enfant Médiéval, de la Théorie Psychogène de l’enfance, et par la suite, du Sentiment de l’enfance dans la société Moderne. De même, les conceptions d’enfance se présentent en face des apports de Piaget dans la scène de la Révolution cognitive, et son incident dans le domaine de l’éducation. Il finit avec la présentation d’un panorama général en face de la législation interna­tionale en faveur de l’enfance, auxquelles se sous-trouvent depuis des conceptions héritées d’enfance, pour prendre soin et pour protéger; jusqu’à sa reconnaissance comme sujets sociaux les acteurs de son propre développement, avec des droits inaliénables dans son potentiel de personnes intégrales. Cependant, même si les législations autour de ce groupe social se convertissent en Indicateurs lesquels se rendent compte des progressions en face de la reconnaissance de l’enfance comme citoyens aujourd’hui, les progressions en face de son accomplissement dans quelques États se trouvent menacées par des situations de l’enfance dans des conditions particulières vulnérables pour le plein exercice de ses droits.
     
    Apresentam-se algumas considerações históricas que configuraram um lugar para a infância em distintas épocas, na intenção de compreender a infância de hoje. O persente artigo da conta de uma análise teórica ao redor da infância e a família no mundo clássico, da Criança Medieval, da Teoria Psicogênica da infância, e posteriormente, do Sentimento de infância na sociedade Moderna. Também apresentam-se as concepções de infância frente aos aportes de Piaget no cenário da Revolução cognitiva, e sua incidência no campo da educação. Finaliza com a apresentação de um programa geral frente às legislações internacionais no favor da infância às que subjazem desde concepções herdadas da infância, para cuidar e proteger, até seu reconhecimento como sujeitos sociais atores de seu próprio desenvolvimento, com direitos inalienáveis no seu potencial de pessoas integras. Porém, ainda quando as legislações em torno deste grupo social convertem-se em indicadores que dão conta dos avanços frente ao reconhecimento da infância como cidadãos hoje, os avanços frente ao cumprimento em alguns Estados se percebem ameaçados por situações da infância em condições particulares vulneráveis para o exercício pleno de seus direitos.
