Abstract
El informe de estudio de caso tiene como propósito crear un nuevo producto alimenticio para la empresa lácteos el Jordán desarrollado por estudiantes de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad de Santo Tomás, Tunja. Donde se hará la aplicación de herramientas y conocimientos adquiridos desde el proceso de formación de ingeniería industrial y el diplomado diseño de productos, los cuales aportaran al desarrollo de este trabajo, en este caso es un yogurt elaborado a base de leche de cabra y arándanos para fortalecer el sistema inmunológico de las personas que lo consumen.
Abstract
The purpose of the case study report is to create a new food product for the dairy company El Jordán, developed by students of Industrial Engineering at the University of Santo Tomás, Tunja. Where the application of tools and knowledge acquired from the training process of industrial engineering and product design diploma, which will contribute to the development of this work, in this case is a yogurt made from goat milk and blueberries to strengthen the immune system of people who consume it will be made.
