Abstract
Este trabajo corresponde a la identificación y estudio de las causas que por falta de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, errores en diseño y/o construcción han generado filtración de las aguas lluvias a la parte interna de la edificación conocida como Palacio de Justicia "Alfonso Reyes Echandía" de la ciudad de Bogotá, D. C., plantear las alternativas de solución y verificación del cumplimiento y ejecución de las mismas.
Abstract
This work corresponds to the identification and study of the causes that due to lack of preventive, corrective maintenance, design and/or construction errors have generated rainwater infiltration into the internal part of the building known as the "Alfonso Reyes Echandía Palace of Justice". " of the city of Bogotá, D. C., propose alternative solutions and verification of compliance and execution thereof.
