Abstract
La Revista Interamericana de Investigación, Educación y pedagogía (RIIEP), nace en 2008 con el propósito de publicar artículos originales producto de la investigación, artículos de reflexión, revisión en temas de educación, pedagogía y estudios culturales realizados por comunidades interesadas en temas sociales.
Este documento tiene como propósito realizar un análisis bibliométrico de los artículos publicados para la RIIEP durante el periodo 2018-2020, en los volúmenes 13, 12 y 11. Este análisis se hace a partir de una revisión de las publicaciones, en donde se tuvieron en cuenta los focos temáticos y métodos de investigación usados por los autores, esto con el propósito de brindar un panorama de los contenidos que se publican en la revista, temas de interés e impacto social de las investigaciones.
Como conclusión, se evidencia una coherencia entre la línea investigativa de la revista y los artículos publicados, cuyos focos temáticos giran en torno a la educación y la cultura, predominando el estudio de las herramientas de aprendizaje y las TIC. Por otro lado, se evidencia un fuerte interés en el desarrollo de herramientas y/o habilidades para la enseñanza, así como los estudios culturales, la cultura organizacional y el medio ambiente. Además, durante este periodo en la revista se presentaron diversos estudios bibliométricos y análisis literarios.
Abstract
The Inter-American Journal of Research, Education and Pedagogy (RIIEP), was born in 2008 with the purpose of publishing original articles resulting from research, reflection and review articles on issues of education, pedagogy and cultural studies conducted by communities interested in social issues.
The purpose of this document is to perform a bibliometric analysis of the articles published for RIIEP during the period 2018-2020, in volumes 13, 12 and 11. This analysis is made from a review of the publications, where the thematic focuses and research methods used by the authors were taken into account, this with the purpose of providing an overview of the contents published in the journal, topics of interest and social impact of the research.
In conclusion, there is evidence of coherence between the research line of the journal and the articles published, whose thematic focuses revolve around education and culture, with a predominance of the study of learning tools and ICTs. On the other hand, there is a strong interest in the development of tools and/or skills for teaching, as well as cultural studies, organizational culture and the environment. In addition, during this period, several bibliometric studies and literary analyses were presented in the journal.
