    TY - GEN T1 - Assistance in arts in the "Full-time school" in a tele-high school T1 - Acompañamiento en artes en la “Escuela de tiempo completo” en una telesecundaria AU - Ferreiro Pérez, Alejandra PB - Universidad Santo Tomás seccional Bucaramanga AB - This article presents some results of a research aimed to understand the conditions under which teaching practices in arts were developed in a telesecundaria, as well as empowering them through the support of specialists from different artistic disciplines (visual arts, dance, music and theater) in an interdisciplinary artistic initiation process.The research was conducted under the Full Time School program, in which the line of art and culture was implemented. A qualitative methodology focused on the investigation of the educational experience and practice was used, which was widely documented by audio and video recordings, photographs, observations, stories and interviews, from which an analytical account of the experience was developed.The results of the accompaniment are presented taking into account three dimensions: relational (rapprochement, contact and interweaving), spatial (travel) and time (forms of synchronization). From the results, it is possible to notice that one of the professors accompanied articulated his previous experiences and knowledge with the process experienced in the accompaniment, which awoke in him the desire to learn and keep on experimenting with the arts, so it is possible to assure he had an educational experience that led him to modify his teaching practices in arts.     En este artículo se presentan algunos resultados de una investigación cuyo objetivo fue conocer las condiciones en que se desarrollaban las prácticas de enseñanza en artes en una telesecundaria, a la vez que potenciarlas mediante el acompañamiento de especialistas de diferentes disciplinas artísticas (artes visuales, danza, música y teatro) en un proceso interdisciplinario de iniciación artística.La investigación se realizó en el marco del programa “Escuela de tiempo completo”, en el cual se privilegió la implementación de la línea de arte y cultura. Se utilizó una metodología cualitativa enfocada en la indagación de la experiencia y la práctica educativas, la cual se documentó ampliamente mediante grabaciones de audio y video, fotografías, observaciones, narraciones y entrevistas, a partir de las cuales se elaboró un relato analítico de la experiencia. Los resultados del acompañamiento se presentan considerando tres dimensiones: relacional (acercamiento, contacto y entrelazamientos); espacial (desplazamientos) y temporal (formas de sincronización).A partir de los resultados se observa que uno de los profesores acompañados articuló sus experiencias previas y saberes con el proceso vivido en el acompañamiento y se despertó en él el deseo de aprender y continuar experimentando con las artes, por lo que puede afirmase que tuvo una experiencia educativa que lo llevó a modificar sus prácticas de enseñanza en artes.
