Abstract
El contrato de seguro es una de las figuras jurídicas de mayor usanza en el tráfico comercial y cotidiano. Por ello, el legislador ha articulado una amplia reglamentación no sólo en lo que respecta a sus elementos esenciales, características, partes y las obligaciones y cargas que envisten a éstas, sino en la actividad técnica económica que adelanta el asegurador, ante la constitucionalización de esta actividad.
Abstract
The insurance contract is one of the greatest legal figures in the commercial traffic. Therefore, the legislature has articulated a comprehensive regulation not only in regard to its essential elements, features, parts and the obligations and burdens, but in the technical economic activity that advances the insurer, in the presence of the constitutionality for this activity.
