Repositoriohttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/34057El presente documento relaciona como las tecnologías disruptivas (La inteligencia artificial, Big Data, Blockchain e Inteligencia de Negocios entre otras) aportan al sistema judicial colombiano, herramientas para descongestionar la judicial, prevenir los actos de corrupción, evitar el vencimiento de términos, permitir un mayor acceso a la justicia, y algo importante, reducir los tiempos y apoyar la labor de jueces. No obstante, adicional se hace una revisión documental, en la que se exponen las estrategias adecuadas para sacar un mejor provecho de la tecnología y de cómo las personas que imparten o velan porque la justicia funcione, se adapten a esta y aprovechen las ventajas en pro de prestar un adecuado servicio a la comunidad en general, y se mejore esa imagen negativa que tienen los ciudadanos con el sistema judicial colombiano. Adicional, todos estos cambios están enmarcados dentro de la transformación digital y la automatización de la operatividad de la mayoría de los servicios prestados en las distintas dependencias de la rama judicial.This document relates how disruptive technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Blockchain and Business Intelligence among others) contribute to the Colombian judicial system, tools to decongest the judiciary, prevent acts of corruption, avoid the expiration of terms, allow greater access to justice, and importantly, reduce the time and support the work of judges. However, in addition, a documentary review is made, in which the appropriate strategies are exposed to take better advantage of technology and how people who impart or ensure that justice works, adapt to this and take advantage of the benefits in order to provide adequate service to the community in general, and improve the negative image that citizens have with the Colombian judicial system.
