Tunja. .http://hdl.handle.net/11634/28661El uso de licencias CC en el software libre se erige como mecanismo del Estado Colombiano para el cumplimiento de los ODS debido a que permite desde una nueva perspectiva encontrar diversas herramientas para fomentar el desarrollo social a partir del crecimiento de las industrias creativas y colaborativas, puesto que por un lado, haciendo uso a través de sus entidades, organismos, etc. de las licencias CC en el software es posible encontrar soluciones a los desafíos contando con la participación activa de la sociedad como constructores y generadores de las soluciones innovadoras, y por otro lado permite el acceso fácil a la sociedad a estas herramientas para que hagan uso de ellas, aumentando su capacidad de hacer parte del desarrollo de un mejor futuro, empoderándose a si mismos haciendo uso de sus aptitudes y activando la economía colaborativa.
