Para ello se propone iniciar con una breve explicación de los elementos fundamentales de Derecho, ya que, son una herramienta clave para exponer la relación que existe entre ellos y la necesidad de la investigación conjunta. Posterior a ello, se expondrá todo el desarrolló de la investigación realizada a los convenios internacionales existentes firmados entre la Universidad Santo Tomás con otras Instituciones de educación superior en Norteamérica y Europa. Además, se menciona el papel que desarrolla la globalización para que todo esto se lleve a cabo y siga incursionando en la actualidad. Finalmente, se expone cómo terminó la investigación y se hace mención a la importancia del desarrollo de las investigaciones conjuntas.The central purpose of this research is to explore the importance and benefits of joint research today. To this end, it is proposed to begin with a brief explanation of the fundamental elements of law, since they are a key tool to expose the relationship between them and the need for joint research. Subsequently, the entire development of the research will be exposed to the existing international agreements signed between the University of Santo Tomas with other institutions of higher education in North America and Europe.
