Repositorio institucionalhttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/32096En el texto se determinan las funciones y utilidades del gobierno universitario, el afecto que tienen en pleno siglo XX y los cambios que serán necesarios para el futuro y aumentar la calidad de las universidades, tanto públicas como privadas. Se diseña un estudio sobre las creaciones de las universidades públicas y privadas, y como se debe mejorar en el gobierno universitario, en donde hace una comparación internacional con universidades de: Francia, España, Reino Unido y Alemania. Las políticas de gobierno que debe tener, en cuanto el manejo, social, disciplinario y económico de estas, las universidades cada vez están contemplando el sistema de autonomía de estas y ahí empiezan a controlar sus rendimientos y hasta las becas. Estas becas son formas de determinar la calidad y la posibilidad de que estudiantes de alta calidad sean merecedores de estas. Aunque influye y se centra objetivamente y hace un acercamiento en las leyes y normativas que han hecho en las políticas de las universidades, y así imponen un estudio normativo sobre las normas que se han generado, sus alcances y metas para ser promulgadas y así mejorar el sistema organizacional de las universidades para dar un mejor servicio a la sociedad, siempre comprendiendo que le ingresos de estas universidades era justo proporcionado al bien que le dieran a la sociedadThe text determines the functions and utilities of the university government, the effect that have in the twentieth century and the changes that will be necessary for the future and increase quality of universities, both public and private.
