De igual forma, pretendió estimular el conocimiento y la aplicación del Derecho Penal Internacional en las distintas Facultades de Derecho del país, así como dar a conocer la jurisprudencia de los órganos judiciales nacionales con competencia sobre los crímenes de agresión, guerra, genocidio y lesa humanidad.
