El realizar alguna disciplina ya sea deportiva o recreativa es importante para la sociedad pues con la ayuda de esta se desarrollan valores para el individuo. Este trabajo quiere mostrar el desarrollo y fortalecimiento de valores asociados al entrenamiento de cheer and dance una disciplina de movimientos acrobáticos realizados con coordinación. Con la ayuda de observaciones indirectas y matrices para interpretar la información dando muestra que en realidad estas prácticas deportivas son medios desarrolladores de valores.Every day is more important the practice of physical exercise for the health of the persons which contributes important benefits already be physical, psychological and social. To realize some discipline already is sports or recreative it is important for the society since with the help of this one values develop for the individual. This work wants to show the training of cheer and dance a discipline of acrobatic movements realized with coordination, for which it wants to devote being known that on having practised this sport they develop and strengthen important values for this skill.
