El paciente cuenta con área construida de 39.55 m2 en cada una las plantas que lo conforman. La vivienda tiene aproximadamente 27 años de construida, esta cuenta en la primera planta con sala, comedor, baño social y patio, en la segunda planta se encuentran dos habitaciones y 2 baños. Posterior a la vista preliminar para la determinación del caso de estudio, se hicieron inspecciones visuales al paciente recopilando la información requerida para identificación de las patologías que presenta la construcción y así determinar la ruta adecuada para realizar el análisis de las condiciones actuales de la vivienda, con el fin de diagnosticar las afectaciones y presentar alternativas de reparación para estas.The home under study is located in the municipality of Villavicencio, department of Meta, in the Santa Catalina urbanization. The patient has a built area of 39.55 m2 in each of the plants that make it up. The house has approximately 27 years of construction, it has on the first floor a living room, dining room, social bathroom and patio, on the Second floor there are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
