Claramente las jornadas de salud y esterilización que promocionan las fundaciones y el distrito capital de Bogotá no son suficientes sin un apoyo de ciertos lineamientos educativos que permitan a las sociedades vulnerables entender las repercusiones de esta problemática y sus nefastas consecuencias en el espacio de la salud pública.Within the Colombian framework exist a problem of animal overpopulation in which due to the lack of education and awareness of the levels of reproduction in dogs and cats are alarms.
