Intervención de un bien de interés cultural, hotel empresarial

La intervención tiene en cuenta que actualmente la normativa de protección representa un impedimento para la adecuación de infraestructuras de BIC al desarrollo de la actividad turística y empresarial del municipio. Se realiza un análisis arquitectónico e histórico que contempla el estado de la edificación, su contexto, la comunidad residente y la población flotante; además del análisis turístico y empresarial. La intervención se basa en la rehabilitación de un inmueble residencial a fin de transformarlo en un hotel empresarial y, a su vez, contribuir al turismo del municipio mediante la integración de aspectos formales, funcionales y culturales.This degree work aims to generate a conservation initiative and rehabilitation of a residential building of cultural interest , belonging to the old part of town of Giron , Santander.
