Se garantizó el acceso a recursos electrónicos actualizados y se avanzó en el desarrollo de colecciones pertinentes. A través de talleres y asesorías, se impulsó el desarrollo de habilidades informacionales y se brindó acompañamiento especializado a la comunidad académica. Se implementaron acciones de vigilancia tecnológica, bibliometría e innovación para apoyar la gestión del conocimiento. Además, se promovió la gestión cultural mediante actividades formativas y de extensión.During the second semester of 2022, CRAI-USTA strengthened its physical, technological, and communications infrastructure, improving academic spaces and services. Access to updated electronic resources was ensured, and progress was made in the development of relevant collections. Through workshops and advisory sessions, the development of information literacy skills was promoted, along with specialized support for the academic community. Actions in technological surveillance, bibliometrics, and innovation were implemented to support knowledge management.
