Debido a que el proyecto cuenta con una historia ancestral fuerte, ya que fue la Calle fundadora de Turbo, la idea es que se enfatice en promover la cultura del Bullerengue, y a la vez, se intervenga en una adecuación de este eje urbano a modo de jerarquía. Se planteará como posible solución una intervención urbana y arquitectónica, donde se creará espacios públicos y de encuentro para la recreación cultural del bullarengue de la calle Chucunate. De igual forma se pensará la recuperación del eje natural ubicado en el sector (Caño el Veranillo). Este eje natural será intervenido como remate urbano, ya que será un acceso directo al equipamiento, el cual tendrá dos accesos.Through the project, vernacular architecture will be deepened, that, most likely, traditional materials will be used the sector, which will give identity to the cultural center; further will have specialized spaces and having a lot of freedom of design.
