Este test incluye seis saltos diferentes para medir el rendimiento físico de los deportistas. Además, se hace uso de la aplicación My Jump Lab, que permite calcular la altura del salto, el tiempo de vuelo, la velocidad y la potencia, utilizando la cámara del celular.The present research focuses on the characterization of the muscular strength of the lower limbs in recreational skaters from the city of Tunja, using the Bosco test, a tool commonly used in the sports field to evaluate the vertical jump capacity and power in the lower extremities. This test includes six different jumps to measure the physical performance of athletes.
