Repositorio Institucional.http://hdl.handle.net/11634/56106Frente al fenómeno migratorio venezolano en Colombia que se agudizo en los últimos años, el Estado colombiano se vio obligado a formular métodos para el respeto de los derechos del trabajador migrante, y procurar una migración ordenada y regular, en el marco de las obligaciones y estándares internacionalmente adquiridos. Su incorporación en el bloque de constitucionalidad origino que la jurisprudencia del máximo tribunal constitucional protegiera los derechos del trabajador migrante como una persona que sufre en el proceso de migración de múltiples vulneraciones. Es así como la presente investigación revisará los estándares aprobados y aplicables para el caso colombiano, y como la Corte Constitucional garantiza su respeto, a partir de la jurisprudencia de este tribunal.Faced with the Venezuelan migratory phenomenon in Colombia that has worsened in recent years, the Colombian State was forced to formulate methods to respect the rights of migrant workers, and to seek an orderly and regular migration, within the framework of obligations and international standards. Its incorporation into the block of constitutionality caused the jurisprudence of the highest constitutional court, to protect the rights of the migrant worker as a person who suffers multiple violations in the migration process.
