Lo anterior encuentra su fundamento en la multiplicidad de conflictos, discusiones, y una amplia variabilidad de conceptos y percepciones, como estigmas que existen al respecto y que, por tanto, para la presente investigación son susceptibles de estudio a mayor profundidad. De lo anterior se deslinda qué posteriormente se considera la oportunidad de documentar los orígenes de este, asimismo evidenciar de manera científica sus alcances en muchos aspectos tanto médicos, como psíquicos. De igual manera es de agregar la importancia que posee la identificación de lo que comercialmente corresponde a la libre distribución del Cannabis en Colombia para, por último, pero no menos importante, verificar dentro del marco jurídico penal la configuración de conductas punibles relacionadas con los delitos dentro de la salud pública. El desarrollo de este trabajo permite dilucidar un panorama amplio de la viabilidad de la comercialización del cannabis desde un punto de vista jurídico normativo. De allí que se pueden establecer una serie de comentarios finales al respecto de lo que se halló.What is intended in this work corresponds fundamentally to account for the normative legal scope of the commercialization of Cannabis in Colombia. The foregoing is based on the multiplicity of discussions and a wide variability of concepts and perceptions, such as stigmas that exist in this regard and that therefore, for the present investigation, are susceptible to study in greater depth. From the foregoing it is defined that what is referred to hereinafter corresponds to the creation of a documented conglomerate, a text that contains what exists for the year of the present investigation about the legal limits that exist in different areas or branches of Law to the commercialization or use of Cannabis for different purposes within the national territory. Subsequently, the opportunity to document its origins is considered, as well as to scientifically evidence its scope in many medical and psychological aspects. In the same way, it is to add the importance of the identification of what commercially corresponds to the free distribution of Cannabis in Colombia for last, but not least, to verify within the criminal legal framework the configuration of punishable behaviors related to crimes within public health. The development of this work allows to elucidate a broad panorama of the viability of the commercialization of cannabis from a normative legal point of view.
