Que se ejecutará en esta Institución Educativa Carlos Julio Umaña Torres, ubicada en Tópaga, Boyacá. Cual propósito es establecer un marco sólido para reconocer, valorar y gestionar aspectos e impactos ambientales articulados a acciones educativas y administrativas de la institución educativa. Se opta la ISO 14001:2015 asegura alineación con estándares internacionales, fortaleciendo la reputación y eficacia de la iniciativa. Esta elección también promueve la colaboración con otros sistemas afines. La falta de un SGA estructurado plantea desafíos para la institución, como la pérdida de recursos y perjuicios al medio ambiente. La ejecución del SGA busca disminuir los efectos adversos y mejorar la utilización de recursos, fomentando comportamientos responsables. La metodología incluirá la revisión de procesos, identificación de aspectos ambientales y capacitación de la comunidad estudiantil, garantizando una administración efectiva y sostenible. Este proyecto no solo beneficia a la Institución Educativa Carlos Julio Umaña Torres, sino que también proporciona una orientación práctica para otras entidades que buscan incorporar prácticas medioambientalmente responsables.Faced with the growing awareness of the importance of incorporating sustainable practices, this project focuses on the creation of an Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 regulations. Which will be executed at the Carlos Julio Umaña Torres Educational Institution, located in Tópaga, Boyacá. The purpose is to establish a solid framework to recognize, value and manage the environmental aspects and impacts articulated to the educational and administrative actions of the educational institution.The choice of ISO 14001:2015 ensures alignment with international standards, strengthening the reputation and effectiveness of the initiative. This choice also promotes collaboration with other related systems, facilitating integral administration. The lack of a structured SGA poses challenges for the institution, such as the loss of resources and damage to the environment. The execution of the Environmental Management System seeks to reduce adverse effects and improve the use of resources, encouraging responsible behavior. The methodology will include the review of processes, identification of environmental aspects and training of personnel, ensuring effective and sustainable management.
