Teniendo en cuenta que la compañía desea incrementar su producción para dirigirla a mercados extranjeros. En el desarrollo de la investigación se analizó el contexto actual de la industria de autobuses a nivel internacional y nacional; además se realizó un análisis específico de la empresa mediante el estudio del potencial exportador e inteligencia de mercados potenciales para la venta de autobuses. De esta manera se evaluaron los diferentes factores que intervienen en el proceso de exportación, lo cual permitió determinar que Autobuses AGA cumple con las características para internacionalizarse.This article aims to analyze the conditions of the AGA bus company for its internationalization. Bearing in mind that the company wants to increase its production to direct it to foreign markets. In the development of the investigation, the current context of the bus industry at an international and national level was analyzed. Besides, a specific analysis of the company was carried out, through the study of the export potential and intelligence of potential markets for the sale of buses.
