El Acoso Sexual Callejero, entendido como la práctica cotidiana de frases, gestos, tocamientos, exhibicionismo, persecuciones que tiene lugar en los espacios públicos, representa una de las formas de violencia más silenciosas, sistemáticas que experimentan las mujeres. Esta realidad plantea la verdadera dimensión del problema y la incapacidad de las instituciones para enfrentarlo. Este panorama justifica el énfasis que tiene la investigación en el análisis de las Representaciones Sociales en torno al Acoso Sexual Callejero, las prácticas culturales, los mecanismos ciudadanos que inicialmente ofrezcan una comprensión del fenómeno para evitar su normalización y superar su aprobación social. Desde un enfoque cualitativo, y a través de la etnografía, se acudirá a entrevistas semiestructuradas, observación y análisis documental descripción del fenómeno, así como un análisis de las Representaciones Sociales.This research project is conceived from the analysis of the Social Representations that exist around street sexual harassment (ASC) in the city of Bogotá. Street Sexual Harassment, understood as the daily practice of phrases, gestures, touching, exhibitionism, persecutions that takes place in public spaces, represents one of the quietest forms of violence, systematics that women experience. This reality raises the true dimension of problem and the inability of institutions to face it. This picture justifies the emphasis that the research has in the analysis of the Social Representations around Sexual Harassment Street, cultural practices, citizen mechanisms that must offer a understanding of the phenomenon to avoid its normalization and overcome its social approval.
