Nuestras escuelas y sus miembros han tenidos serias dificultades para que tal comunión entre prácticas-TIC llegue a feliz término. Esta investigación indaga por las dificultades de los docentes y las instituciones para gestionar un conjunto de prácticas que permitan optimizar el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje. Para desarrollar la investigación se optó por un enfoque cuantitativo a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas a distintos miembros de la institución educativa General Santander IED de la ciudad de BogotáThe twenty-first century faces significant changes in technology and communication, and schools cannot remain oblivious to these transformations. Establishing meaningful relationships between pedagogical practices and educational technologies requires permanent and sustainable institutional plans that result in benefits for learning. Our schools and their members have had serious difficulties in bringing such a communion of ICT practices to a successful conclusion. This research investigates the difficulties faced by teachers and institutions in managing a set of practices to optimize the teaching-learning process.
