El proyecto se desarrollará teniendo en cuenta componentes urbano- ambientales, funcionales, formales y técnicos que correspondan a la necesidad de sus usuarios. La biblioteca planteada en el proyecto va a contar con flexibilidad, accesibilidad, permeabilidad y modernidad.This degree project proposes the design of a public library for the San Gil municipality in the department of Santander, the idea of this project arises from the lack of spaces for cultural and educational development that exists in the municipality, therefore, it seeks satisfy the demand for adequate and updated spaces that allow the integration of both technological and physical material.
