Para tal fin, se desarrolla una revisión teórica, de carácter hermenéutico, empleando una metodología cualitativa, la cual, permite interpretar el fenómeno social de la violencia intrafamiliar, su marco legal en Colombia, la importancia del psicólogo forense en los procesos administrativos por asuntos de violencia en el contexto familiar, llevados a cabo ante la Comisaria de Familia, resaltando la contribución de la Justicia Terapéutica en la salud mental de víctimas y agresores.The present research study seeks to contribute to understand the relationship between the emotions of the interveners and the influence of these emotions in the hearing for domestic violence, directed from the approach of Therapeutic Justice, recognizing the impact of the laws on the psychoemotional well-being, behavior and decisions taken there.
