Tesis de Pregrado: Universidad Santo Tomas de Medellínhttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/30526Por medio de la arquitectura se busca reincorporar a la comunidad a través de un proyecto que responda y promuevan el trabajo social y el intercambio de conocimientos, por ende el factor cultural tiene como estrategia reparar la ruptura social y problemas ambientales. El proyecto en consecuencia de estas problemáticas tan marcadas en el barrio toma un carácter formativo, educativo, capacitación y cultural enfocado en la problemática ambiental y así responder al componente urbano y ambiental y se complementen entre sí, de manera que permita rehabilitar la quebrada Tinajas que se encuentra deteriorada debido al abandono y contaminación causada por la comunidad. Se propone, entonces, un centro cultural que active la manzana y genere un circuito de espacio público que articule los equipamientos culturales, de salud, culto, de servicio que se encuentran en la manzana, potencializando las relaciones sociales, el proyecto está destinado a la formación cultural y artística, por ende tiene como usuario principal a los jóvenes para poder mitigar el conflicto social, fomentando la participación, cohesión, teniendo en cuenta los usos y actividades que se desarrollan en el contexto.Through architecture, the aim is to reincorporate the community through a project that responds to and promotes social work and the exchange of knowledge, therefore the cultural component has as its strategy to repair social rupture and environmental problems. The project in consequence of these marked problems in the neighborhood takes a formative, educational, training and cultural character focused on the environmental problem and thus respond to the urban and environmental component and complement each other, in a way that allows to rehabilitate the Tinajas creek that it is deteriorated due to neglect and contamination caused by the community. Therefore, a cultural center is proposed that activates the block and generates a circuit of public space that articulates the compendium of cultural, health, worship, and service equipment found in the block, enhancing social relations.
