Análisis bibliométrico sobre el concepto de afrontamiento al estrés laboralhttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/10189Este trabajo de investigación lleva a cabo un análisis bibliométrico con el objetivo de identificar el conocimiento teórico sobre afrontamiento al estrés laboral. Para tal fin, se llevó a cabo una revisión de artículos en la fuente de Redalyc en la área de Psicología, en países como Colombia, Chile, España, México y Perú en el período comprendido entre el año 2007 al 2017, encontrando inicialmente 11.933, de los cuales se seleccionaron únicamente 9 artículos caracterizados por ser netamente del área organizacional - laboral en los cuales se asegura el uso del constructo afrontamiento al estrés laboral. Se realizó un análisis cuantitativo lexicométrico a través de variables textuales y categóricas. Como resultado se encontró que el constructo de afrontamiento al estrés laboral es abordado de la misma manera en los diferentes países en los que se realizó el respectivo análisis. De igual forma, se descubrió que el fenómeno es investigado a partir del 2008, año en el cual se da origen a la Resolución 2646 de 2008 en Colombia y es evaluado en su mayoría por pruebas psicométricas como el CAE (Cuestionario de Afrontamiento al Estrés) y el COPE (Cuestionario de estilos de afrontamiento).This research work makes a documentary review to identify the theoretical knowledge about coping with work stress.
