Durante la práctica se consolidaron conocimientos teóricos y prácticos en el practicante, así como también, se brindaron grande cualidades, habilidades y destrezas profesionales por el practicante al equipo en la empresa, construyendo la plataforma de chatbot con freamwork modernos como reactjs, redux y demás tecnologías web, aportando en conjunto valor tangible a la organización.
