Las viviendas energéticamente eficientes tienen diseños, materiales y sistemas que le permiten a sus ocupantes realizar las mismas actividades con un consumo menor en las facturas de energía y agua. Ya que las viviendas están diseñadas para que en el día se utilice 100% luz natural y no haya necesidad de encender bombillos durante el día, de igual forma las viviendas estarán ventiladas sin necesidad de sistemas activos, como ventiladores y aires acondicionados, pero en caso de necesitarlos se podrán alimentar por medio de paneles fotovoltaicos, así que la factura de la luz no se verá afectada por dichos sistemas. También, en estas viviendas se pueden instalar sistemas de recolección de agua lluvia para ser utilizada en las actividades de limpieza al interior de la vivienda, de forma que disminuirá la carga de la empresa de acueducto en la vivienda y generará un consumo más bajo en el agua.The purpose of this Project is to establish a construction Company, mainly dedicated to design and construction of energy efficient homes in the department of Meta. The energy efficient homes have designs, materials and systems that allow their occupants to carry out the same activities with a lower consumption of energy and water.
