Repositorio Institucionalhttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/43916Desde épocas contemporáneas, el ser humano acude a los profesionales en psicología y se involucra en los contextos terapéuticos para encontrar alternativas que generen bienestar, por tanto, en pleno siglo XXI en contexto de pandemia y postpandemia, es de esperar que los deudos acuden a procesos terapéuticos por motivos de consulta asociados al duelo por Covid-19. Por lo que, se plantea como objetivo en este trabajo investigativo, comprender los procesos de cambio y transformación en las narrativas del duelo por Covid-19 a partir de las estrategias interventivas del enfoque sistémico, desde la voz de una terapeuta. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se tiene en cuenta el paradigma de la complejidad de Edgar Morin y como marco epistemológico el construccionismo social de Gergen, la teoría general de los sistemas de Bertalanffy y la escuela narrativa de White acorde al diseño metodológico cualitativo y a la pregunta investigativa. Asimismo, se resalta que las estrategias/técnicas que se utilizaron para el desarrollo de la investigación fueron una entrevista semiestructurada y un grupo focal a una terapeuta de la Maestría de Psicología Clínica y de la Familia de la Universidad Santo Tomás, ambas estrategias utilizadas son soportadas con dos instrumentos (guiones y tablas) que proporcionaron la información para las matrices y, por ende, la redacción de resultados. Los resultados obtenidos indican que, al comprender el cambio y la transformación en el contexto clínico, estos dos procesos se trabajan ligados el uno del otro, pues, el cambio se presenta junto con la transformación generando un impacto importante en la vivencia del duelo retomando herramientas propias y construyendo otras, centrándose en los significados personales de la pérdida, el abordaje de las emociones, el proyecto de vida y las redes de apoyo e incluso, se podría ampliar las redes de relación incluyendo a una persona dentro del proceso psicológico capaz de contribuir al deudo en la resignificación de la pérdida. Desde el enfoque sistémico, la autorreferencia permite que el terapeuta se identifique a sí mismo en referente al motivo de consulta y construya una relación terapéutica significativa donde los cambios y transformaciones sean generativos para cada uno de los participantes del proceso.Since contemporary times, the human being turns to psychology professionals and gets involved in therapeutic contexts to find alternatives that generate well-being, therefore, in the XXI century in the context of pandemic and post-pandemic, it is to be expected that the bereaved go to therapeutic processes for reasons of consultation associated with Covid-19 bereavement. Therefore, the objective of this research is to understand the processes of change and transformation in the narratives of grief due to Covid-19 based on the interventional strategies of the systemic approach, from the voice of a therapist. For the development of this research, Edgar Morin's complexity paradigm is considered and Gergen's social constructionism, Bertalanffy's general theory of systems and White's narrative school as epistemological framework, according to the qualitative methodological design and the research question. Likewise, it is highlighted that the strategies/techniques used for the development of the research were a semi-structured interview and a focus group with a therapist of the master’s degree in Clinical and Family Psychology of the Universidad Santo Tomás, both strategies used are supported with two instruments (scripts and tables) that provided the information for the matrices and, therefore, the writing of results. The results obtained indicate that, when understanding change and transformation in the clinical context, these two processes are linked to each other, since change is presented together with transformation, generating an important impact on the experience of grief by taking up one's own tools and building others, focusing on the personal meanings of the loss, the approach to emotions, the life project and support networks, and even the relationship networks could be expanded by including a person within the psychological process capable of contributing to the bereaved in the resignification of the loss.
