Análisis de los impactos socio ambientales ocasionados por la desviación del río Calenturitas en obras de canalización en el departamento del Cesar.http://hdl.handle.net/11634/38358El objetivo de la presente investigación fue analizar los impactos socioambientales ocasionados por la desviación del río Calenturitas en obras de canalización en el departamento del Cesar, a partir de la identificación del conocimiento con el que cuentan los trabajadores sobre el manejo del río y el procedimiento que se realiza actualmente con respecto a los lineamientos de PRODECO S.A mediante una encuesta diagnóstica y el establecimiento de los impactos socioambientales generados aguas abajo del tramo de desviación del río Calenturitas para el año 2020 a través de un modelo matricial. La metodología de tipo mixto (cualitativo-cuantitativo), de tipo no experimental, de alcance descriptivo y corte transversal, permitió describir las características del tramo desviado, así como diagnosticar la situación de conocimiento de un grupo de 10 empleados que voluntariamente participaron. Los resultados obtenidos del análisis matricial evidenciaron que, en relación a las dimensiones evaluadas, en el medio abiótico la carga total de impactos negativos corresponde al 43.9%, para el caso del medio biótico un 21.1% y, el medio socioeconómico obtuvo un 35.1%; diciendo con ello que existe mayor repercusión en la fase de construcción de la desviación y una carga negativa elevada sobre el medio abiótico. Se concluyó que los impactos relacionados al ambiente son, en el horizonte de tiempo, efectos negativos irreversibles de largo plazo, mientras que, aquellos relacionados al componente social y económico de efecto positivo, se suceden como elemento temporal en respuesta a las actividades económicas derivadas de la desviación del río Calenturitas.The objective of this research was to analyze the socio-environmental impacts caused by the diversion of the Calenturitas river in canalization works in the department of Cesar, from the identification of the knowledge that workers have about the management of the river and The procedure currently being carried out with respect to the PRODECO SA guidelines through a diagnostic survey and the establishment of the socio-environmental impacts generated downstream of the diversion section of the Calenturitas river for the year 2020 through a matrix model. The mixed type methodology (qualitative-quantitative), non-experimental type, descriptive in scope and cross-sectional, made it possible to describe the characteristics of the deviated section, as well as to diagnose the knowledge situation of a group of 10 employees who voluntarily participated. The results obtained from the matrix analysis showed that in relation to the evaluated dimensions, in the abiotic environment the total load of negative impacts corresponds to 43.9%, in the case of the biotic environment 21.1% and, the socioeconomic environment obtained 35.1%; thereby saying that there is a greater impact on the deviation construction phase and a high negative charge on the abiotic environment.
