Universidad Santo Tomás Tunja.http://hdl.handle.net/11634/34246En el presente documento se expresa el diseño de un sistema de gestión remota de protecciones para la Empresa de Energía de Boyacá, cuya necesidad surge del “Profesional de Operación y Mantenimiento”, ya que este necesita mantenerse informado de los sucesos que se presentan en cada una de las sub-estaciones y para esto es necesario el desplazamiento a cada una de ellas. Generalmente cuando se requiere descargar información de una protección, en este caso un relé, dentro de una subestación, se solicita a un profesional encargado dirigirse hasta este punto, allí se recopila información como, fecha y hora de los últimos eventos, oscilografías, valores de corrientes, valores de voltajes y otras variables que dependen de la función y configuración del relé. En este caso buscamos que mediante un sistema de gestión remota realizado entre las subestaciones La Ramada, Higueras, Chiquinquirá y el edificio administrativo de la EBSA, se pueda evitar el desplazamiento de personal teniendo el mismo acceso, control y visualización de las variables que el desee, sin tener que estar presente en las Sub-estaciones logrando realizar la descarga de información y la configuración de variables de forma rápida y precisa.This document expresses the design of a remote protection management system for the Boyacá Energy Company, whose need arises from the "Operation and Maintenance Professional", since they need to keep informed of the events that occur in each one of the substations and for this it is necessary to travel to each of them.
