En Colombia es encargado de prestar servicios de almacenamiento y soporte en el área de operaciones, por lo que cuenta con un Data Center que permite que estos servicios se brinden de la mejor manera, razón por la cual, surge la necesidad de tener un control de los dispositivos que se encuentran allí, es por ello que nacen los DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management). Por lo anterior se quiere proponer otro sistema de monitoreo (DCIM), que permita un mayor control de los dispositivos del centro de datos, debido a que el sistema actual es analógico y no cuenta con los suficientes recursos para tener un registro de las condiciones ambientales, con este trabajo de grado se busca revisar diversos sistemas de monitoreo que brinden mayor información y que a su vez se puedan almacenar en un repositorio en la nube.Orange Business Services is a French multinational, which provides communications services in various countries, focused on the technology area, in order to contribute to organizations in the stages of digital transformation. Therefore, we want to propose another monitoring system (DCIM), which allows greater control of the devices in the data center, because the current system is analog and does not have enough resources to have a record of environmental conditions.
