Esto se evidencia, a través de los procesos de planeación de los lugares y se manifiesta en herramientas e instrumentos concretos de acción, tal como lo son los planes de desarrollo. En este trabajo se buscó analizar de representación del espacio marítimo dentro del discurso institucional consignado en los planes de desarrollo departamentales de las costas colombianas (Planes de desarrollo 2016-2019). El análisis evidencia representaciones, en su mayor parte, económicas, pero también sociales y ambientales del espacio que no representan las voces de todos los actores marítimos.The way of representing the maritime space in Colombia is linked both to the discourse of development and to the political vision prevailing at the time. This is evidenced through the planning processes of the places and is manifested in concrete tools and instruments of action, such as the development plans. In this work we sought to analyze the representation of the maritime space within the institutional discourse consigned in the departmental development plans of the Colombian coasts (Development Plans 2016-2019).
