Al finalizar la sesión, se enfatizó en las medidas del CRAI-USTA para atender las necesidades de todos sus usuarios con necesidades diversas.In this issue, the working group talked about inclusive libraries: their definition, the importance of spaces and services for their adequate conformation and about their users. The guest of the day, Jorge Mario Cruz Martínez, explained the criteria for the creation of an inclusive library, the education and training of the personnel of these information units and the basic elements for these libraries.
