La proyección de este centro se da con la finalidad de generar un espacio donde la población pueda practicar, conocer e interactuar a través del arte y la cultura del lugar donde viven, además de incentivar la proyección de espacios de calidad para la comunidad. El centro se plantea en base a la arquitectura del contexto, fusionándose con la funcionalidad y accesibilidad que se requieren para generar un espacio óptimo.This project is about the design of a center of artistic and cultural expression, emphasizing regionalism and the cultural and social uniqueness of the municipality of Aguachica, Cesar. The projection of this center is given with the purpose of generating a space where the population can practice, learn and interact through the art and culture of the place where they live, in addition to encouraging the projection of quality spaces for the community.
