Durante este proceso se debe hacer reconocimiento de firmas, las cuales, en muchas ocasiones, no son legibles y esto genera retardos; lo cual hace necesario la intervención de los jefes Estadounidenses para solucionar dichos inconvenientes, entorpeciendo el desarrollo normal del trámite. A lo largo de este trabajo se irá desarrollando, a mayor profundidad, esta idea de manera lineal y ordenada para su correcto entendimiento.The purpose of this work is to show the improvement plan that was presented to the Lean Solutions Group company in the area of air imports, to improve the internal documentation processes at the time of receiving the POD (Proof Of Delivery), Since during this process we must recognize signatures, on many occasions, it is not legible, which generates delays while the request is made so that one of the heads of the United States can help us.
