Por ello, el punto de partida del siguiente trabajo se constituye desde la teorización del concepto de ‘Actos Humanitarios’ de acuerdo a los conocimientos que hoy disponemos. En esta medida, se nos permite teorizar desde la práctica para realizar una distinción entre este y el concepto de ‘Acuerdo Humanitarios’; dos marcos jurídicos, políticos, sociales y de accionar completamente diferente pero que se suelen confundir. Se debe tener en cuenta que, con respecto a la concepción del acto humanitario se pretende avanzar a nuevos niveles de comprensión desde la sistematización de la propia experiencia en el municipio de Marsella, Risaralda; por esta razón, para reflexionar sobre lo anteriormente anunciado, es fundamental comprenderlo desde los niveles de resistencia civil - política y las luchas estructurales de las comunidades para así poder ubicarse dentro de ese complejo dinamismo.After half a century of war, it is essential to witness new transformations, new concepts and new phenomena linked to the preservation of memory and the reconstruction of processes of resistance from communities against all levels of violence. Therefore, the starting point of the following work is constituted from the theorization of the concept of 'Humanitarian Acts' according to the knowledge we have today. In this measure, we are allowed to theorize from practice to make a distinction between this and the concept of 'Humanitarian Agreement' two legal, political, social and action frameworks completely different but which are often confused.
