Universidad Santo Tomás, Medellín.http://hdl.handle.net/11634/14089Los jóvenes Turbenses son el pináculo del municipio y son los encargados del futuro de este, por ello deben tener un acompañamiento constante por medio de la educación y recreación, que ayude a sanar las heridas de guerra que han a zotado a turbo durante tantas décadas, infortunadamente en la actualidad los esfuerzos realizados por el gobierno y otras entidades no han sido suficientes, esto y la mala gestión administrativa del municipio generan un desorden de infraestructura, que hoy en día afecta el desempeño educativo de los jóvenes. La institución educativa Santa Fe se vio afecta en la ejecución del plantel, y por ende los alumnos y maestros cargan con el peso de estudiar y desempeñarse en un espacio que no esta condicionado para su función, ademas la institución educativa no posee jornada única, factor que aumento el riesgo de distracción en los jóvenes, lo que realza los indices en desempleo, crimen y falta de educación. Para este problema se plantea una restitución del colegio Santa Fe, que plantea la educación como punto de partida, donde el objetivo principal es el de resanar la problemática en la cabecera urbana de Turbo, teniendo en cuenta todo esto, se quiere lograr a través de la arquitectura un espacio que incluya tanto a los jóvenes como a sus familias y que también tenga la capacidad de albergar una gran cantidad de estudiantes que disfruten y desarrollen sus capacidades cognitivas en un grado técnico, que les permita construir el nuevo futuro de Turbo.Young Turbenses are the pinnacle of the municipality and are responsible for the future of this, so they must have a constant support through education and recreation, to help heal the wounds of war that have turbo-zoned for so many decades, unfortunately at present the efforts made by the government and other entities have not been sufficient, this and the poor administrative management of the municipality generate a disorder of infrastructure, which today affects the educational performance of young people.
