El diseño metodológico fue abordado en dos fases: a) Fase descriptiva: reconstruye la experiencia de CORNARE en la implementación del Decreto 1210 de 2020 a través del método de los cinco tiempos planteado por Jara (2018); y b) fase analítica: estimó el tiempo requerido por la corporación para la implementación total del Decreto 1210 de 2020 en la Regional Valles de San Nicolás a partir de un método estadístico simple, así mismo, realizó un análisis de las ventajas y desventajas que ha traído consigo la implementación del Decreto en el quehacer corporativo de CORNARE. Finalmente se realizan algunas recomendaciones referentes al mejoramiento de la metodología implementada por CORNARE en la aplicación del Decreto 1210 de 2020, así como para el fortalecimiento de aquellos positivos que ha traído consigo la implementación de dicha metodología en el quehacer corporativoThe systematization of the CORNARE experience in the implementation of Decree 1210 of 2020 in the Valles de San Nicolás Region is presented as a route model that can be replicated by other Regional Autonomous Corporations. The methodological design was approached in two phases: a) Descriptive phase: it reconstructs the experience of CORNARE in the implementation of Decree 1210 of 2020 through the five-stage method proposed by Jara (2018); and b) analytical phase: it estimated the time required by the corporation for the total implementation of Decree 1210 of 2020 in the Valles de San Nicolás Region based on a simple statistical method, likewise, it carried out an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages that it has brought I get the implementation of the Decree in the corporate work of CORNARE.
