[Trabajo de grado Pregrado Comunicación Social ] Repositorio Institucionalhttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/38617Esta investigación fue realizada en primera instancia por cinco estudiantes del programa de Comunicación Social para la Paz, a partir del concepto de Periodismo Público, el cual plantea la construcción de lo público como un problema de comunicación, que incluye a las personas en su deliberación de lo colectivo a partir de un modelo de periodismo comunicativo, donde la ciudadanía se convierte en el actor principal dentro del escenario de participación. Con base en el proyecto inicial, se realizó un replanteamiento por dos estudiantes del mismo grupo, para seguir con la labor periodística que permitió enriquecer y reconocer a profundidad la temática de la "ilegalidad" del bicitaxismo en la Localidad 11 de Suba, específicamente en el barrio Prado Veraniego, el cual está siendo afectado por el conflicto laboral y convivencial del gremio de tricimóviles, por la falta de un marco legal que los ampare. Se completó la inmersión en campo, a través de entrevistas, diálogos, debate, reportaje y crónica, reconociendo a cabalidad el territorio e identidad de los usuarios y al mismo tiempo, del gremio de trabajadores frente al servicio que estos prestan en la comunidad.This investigation was carried out in the first instance by five students of the Social Communication for Peace program, based on the concept of Public Journalism, which raises the construction of the public as a communication problem, which includes people in their deliberation of the collective from a model of communicative journalism, where citizens become the main actor within the participation scenario. Based on the initial project, a rethinking was carried out by two students from the same group, to continue with the journalistic work that allowed the enrichment and in-depth recognition of the issue of the "illegality" of bicitaxism in Locality 11 of Suba, specifically in the Prado Veraniego neighborhood, which is being affected by the labor and coexistence conflict of the tricmobile union, due to the lack of a legal framework that protects them.
