Villavicenciohttp://hdl.handle.net/11634/15134Esta obra, tiene como finalidad, determinar la naturaleza jurídica del notario, partiendo desde su concepto, y su evolución histórica, recopilando las distintas instituciones que han sido relacionadas con el tema notarial, una vez hecho ello, se procederá a confrontar la Jurisprudencia, proferida tanto, por la Honorable Corte Constitucional, como las promulgadas por el Honorable Consejo de Estado, de esta manera, se adoptará la tesis de una de estas Altas Corporaciones, como consecuencia, del conflicto actual que ha surgido, sobre la calidad del notario, pues esta discrepancia ha tomado fuerza con ocasión, de las últimas sentencias proferidas por el Consejo de Estado, que a su juicio ha modificado y adoptado una nueva postura sobre la naturaleza jurídica de esta institución.
