Es de aclarar que las necesidades anteriormente mencionadas varían de acuerdo a la situación socioeconómica en la que se encuentre el empleado, ya que, de esta manera, se puede escoger o aplicar un tipo de incentivo que lo lleve a desarrollar los tres elementos básicos de la motivación, estos son: el esfuerzo, la necesidad y las metas organizacionales.
